I am in final semester of Diploma, Mechanical Engg. I have not done +2 & I want to get admission in degree through lateral entry. What to do

I'm a student of Govt. Polytechnic Sunder Nagar, final semester of Mechanical. My diploma aggregate is 72% right now. I want to get admission in degree through lateral entry this year. I want to study in North India (in HP or Punjab). Please suggest me some colleges that I can get into.

Hiiiii.Manoj..... you r from HP, so Punjab & Haryana is nearer, You are int. for Mechanical... i m suggesting you the university... leet entry for mech... decision is up 2 u.......
