I am in final year of B.Tech. But I have backlogs which shall be cleared by november of 2017. Will I be able to fill up the CAT forms?

If you secure admission, you will need to clear the backlogs before joining and produce the certificate. If you are not able to do that, then your admission will be cancelled. So, you should try to clear your backlogs. Best of luck.

No, you won't be able to appear for CAT exam if you have backlogs. Kindly clear them in the month of March and April.

no you can apply only if you don't have any backlog you have to clear backlog first

You can fill the application form of CAT in the next year because to get admission in a reputed B-school, you need to score good marks in both CAT exam and B.Tech. Prepare well for CAT and clear all your backlogs.
