I am in final year of B.Tech in civil but I don't have enough knowledge about civil. Would it be good to go for ground staff in airlines?

Ground Staff in airlines are responsible for safe boarding and de-boarding of staff after the arrival of flight. They also take care of correct baggage to be uploaded on the correct flight. Timely departure and arrival of flights is a key responsibility of the ground staff. They play an important role in the Operations of flights on time.
