Sorry to inform you that only chemical, mechanical and civil engineers can pursue pipeline engineering career.

Now you r in Final year so you must have decide the scope after B.E/B.TECH.
My personal suggestion is You do Master in Power Elec. or Power system or switch-yard protection etc...
But in Pipeline Engg. they have limited foe Electrical Engineering.
