I am in first year of GNDU college. Can I migrate to PU or any other place in Chandigarh?

    Hi,
    Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. Kindly check with your current college on the guidelines.
