I am in Infosys since sep'10. but want to switch to electronics as my BE was in that stream. I have interest in embedded systems

I did my BE in Electronics n Comm( 74.4 %.).got into Infosys I now want to go back to the industry of my interest.I want to know about certifications that would improve my chances to get job in good brands.I am also ready to study further(Mtech/MS abroad) if it has significant benefits.
