I am in last year B.Sc BZC. Is there any entrance exam for biotechnology and microbiology as my main subject is BZC?

It depends in which college you wish to apply to. Not every college takes entrance and not every college takes direct admission based on your percentage. So, go to the website or contact the college authorities of your choice and seek the information regarding the same.
