I am in last year of Diploma in civil. Am i eligible to get admission for architecture ?

Yes, you are eligible for architecture. You need to take up NATA exam and get qualified in it to become eligible for an architecture seat in any college.

Can I get direct admission in second year or I have to start from first year?

Yes, because government colleges consider Diploma equivalent to class 12th. So you are eligible so far. But you have to appear for NATA exam which is the entrance test to get admission in B.Arch. All the best.
