Hi Naznin, As you are still at the early stages of your career, advisable would be that you should go for a full time MBA program from a decent Institute, the reason being that it not only gives you great amount of practical exposure but also helps you in getting the best of Job Opportunities. Bachelor's degree is the minimum eligibility criteria of any Universiy. If you have the qualification of B.A., B.Sc, B.Com, or other quivalent qualification you can take the prescribed admission test of the university you prefer for distance education. Better o for the IGNOU. For more details you ma
