In the scenario of Covid-19, LPU has relaxed their eligibility norms and for M.Tech. :-
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BE or B.Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology or Electronics and Communication Engineering) or MCA or M.Sc. (Information Technology or Computer Science) or equivalent. Therefore, you might have to pursue M.Sc. IT or MCA after your graduation to be eligible. Admissions are going on, to grab the opportunity apply without any delay. Hope this information helps.

Masters in technology {M.Tech} can be pursued by B.Tech students or students having M.Sc degree. After BCA, it's not possible. But MCA is also a good option for getting into IT jobs. There are various options available after MCA too. One can take up jobs in software development, web designing, system administration, etc. For candidates with excellent skills and good academic background, companies offer great salary packages. As the experience increases, so is the package.
