You can, in order to get admission in a German university, your academic percentile must be very high. They prefer above 75%.

Germany. As study is free and its necessary to have a part time job. So, you won't be dependent on year parents.

I am telling about myself. My B.Sc is of 3 years and some countries allow 4 years Bachelor's degree background to pursue Master's degree.
