I am in my final year of BE Mechatronics. Which branch gives more demand in MS?

Major specialization at MS in mechatronics are in modeling and Simulation, Controls, Robotics or Measurement systems etc. It is forecasted that next major change in Industrial production will be Robotics. Therefore, I will like to recommend Robotics specialization at MS level.
