I am in my last year of B.Sc with ZBC. Can I pursue M.Sc in physics?

Yes, you can do it in any stream. But it depends upon the university where you want to take admission for your M.Sc. Some universities have their own entrance exam to get enrolled in that particular university. So now decide from where you want to do M.Sc and then go ahead with it.
