I am in my last year of B.Tech (ECE). After that, I want to go to Australia. Which course should I select (diploma or degree)?

If you are looking for early employment, go for diploma otherwise degree. I would suggest you to go through the skill shortage list of Australia and then make the choice. Also, the cost factor plays a major role in it.
