i am in polytecnic 2 year but iam interested in animation this is the right site for me?

Dear Chetan, Yes Shiksha is the right site to take advice. If you are interested in Animation, then its really great. Animation offers excellent jobs provided you are rightly educated in this area and develop right skills. Industry wise it is already a $1.5 Billion industry in India according to NASSCOM reports and also it more than $80 Billion industry globally. Thus it is a very big industry. Industry includes entertainment movie/TV serials productions, internet animation content development, AD /Internet/Other) development, Product /Architecture design, Simulation, Game design etc. In india there are already many top 10 global firms. Eg : Technicolour, Dremworks, Digital Juice in Bangalore, Rythm and Hues in Hyderbad, Pixar etc. There are now many indian companies like BIG Animation Studio in Mumbai from Reliance, Manipal Studio in Bangalore etc. Lots of holly wood and bolly wood productions are happening in India. Thus you can make a very bright future in this area. But challege is getting in to the best college so that you can get the right training. Many institutes offer Animation courses. But my suggestion to you go for any University courses/UGC recognised courses. ANITECH offers such courses.
