I am in std 12th right now. I aspire to be working in the kitchen as a chef. I am confused between bsc and bhm. Which is the better course?

If you want to become a chef you should do BHM but B.Sc. Will keep your options open if you want to change or pursue some other course in future. -
BHM would be helpful, becauce it gives you the base of knowledge.
