I am in SY B.Com and that's all. I have limited knowledge about fashion designing, should I go for it?
I feel that I've chosen the right career but still somewhere I have a doubt on myself that whether am I capable of doing this or not?

Yes, you are capable for this course. Your 10th and 12th marks above 50% are enough for the same.

I think, you should go for Fashion designing if you are interested. One should always work in the area or field which they are interested in.
And fashion designing is all about apparels, from their sketches to their construction, embroidery to their pattern, production to sales, photosh
