State College Pennsylvania[E]Distance/Correspondence

I am in the 2nd year of B.Tech in Central University, Bilaspur. Can I change to a state college/university into distance from the 3rd year?

I have 65% in the first year.

Hello Rajesh, Can you please let me know the reason behind this intention of shifting out from a regular college to a distance education mode? But beware, after recent orders of SC of India cancelling degrees of engineering awarded via distance mode, I would not recommend distance mode to pursue eng
