I am in the final year of B.Sc in biotechnology and trying for M.Sc in IIT. Is there any fund provided by IIT to its students?

If by fund, you mean scholarship there is a relaxation in Tuition fee, and other expenses by the IITs to its students who are toppers in their field of study.
