    Hello Sounak,
    Admission to any course is based on some qualifying exam that one must pass. If you are applying for evening B.Tech, then that college will seek to see your diploma certificate or marks list. But, it is possible that if you convince them about genuineness then they may give you admission. Please, check with concerned college.
