I am interested in aeronautical engineering. Which is the best NIT for the same? In JEE Mains, I scored 171 and my category is SC.

No, NIT offer aeronautical engineering only few IITs offer aeronautical engineering as course which are IIT Kanpur and IIT, Kharagpur.

You have to find whether any college provide aeronautical or not and on that basis, you can join.
