I am interested in both Mechanical Engineering and Computer Engineering. Can you tell me which field is more preferable?

Go for mechatronics to fulfill your desire of studying both. With Mechatronics, you can work in various sectors like defence, robotics, medical technology etc.

Mechanical Engineering is evergreen branch of Engineering. Different branches have thier lows & highs but in last 6 decades charm of Mechanical branch has remain high. Dear Darshil, Both trade has good scope depends upon your interest. If your Mathematics is good so you can opt for Computer Science. If you love to work with Machines and enjoy that work than you can opt for Mechanical Engineering.

Mechanical is more preferable you can learn computer science from open source but vice versa is not possible.
