I am interested in broadcasting (filming, editing and voice overs) and media. What should I choose among journalism or viscom?

Hi, You can take up courses of animation, visual effects, graphic designing, as they will give you a wider perspective, if you are looking to go with a digital media houses. They will not only improve your aesthetic sense, but will help you reach a wider audience for your work. You can choose different fields like: 1. Camera: You can learn film making courses that will help you enhance and add to your technical camera and video editing skills. 2. Sound: You can take up courses to learn sound editing techniques, which can also act as a boost to your editing skills. Video and sound go hand in hand. A movie though can be a great edit, but a bad sound edit can ruin the quality completely. 3. VFX/animations: I think this is the best option for anyone who is trying to pursue their career in video editing field. They will add to your work folio. 4.
