For CS, BITS-Pilani is better than MNIT. EEE branch of BITS is also one of the best. However, you can decide on factors like fees, location, etc. If you wish to opt for any of them. The fee of BITs is higher than MNIT and the location is in Rajasthan, Pilani is 5 hours from Delhi.

You should prefer ECE in MNIT, because in ECE, you will get lots of opportunities to build your career with computer software. As your interest is in CS, you can go with ECE and learn programming along with your study.

If your score is good then you have chances to get CSE.
