Hi Shaik,
Since you are pretty much interested in computers, you may go for B.Tech in computer science from any top reputed colleges. You can also go for BCA, but in terms of exposure and great packages, B.Tech is better than BCA.

BCA is of three years and B.Tech is of 4 years, BCA is more application oriented course and B.Tech in CSE is more coding oriented course.
