    Firstly, its basically a medical transcription course, not a medical transactional course. It is a three-month to one-year degree course that includes converting voice-recorded dictations sent by healthcare workers into text. This helps in recording and archiving the medical records of a patient in printed or electronic format. If you are interested in this course, then your minimum qualification for a medical transcriptionist is graduation with English comprehensive skills and preferably undergoing a training course in medical transcription (MT).
