I am presently doing sophomore year in B.Tech CSE from Pondicherry. Can you suggest me the right time to start and right institute near me?

It is good to see that you have shown your interest in Networking. CCNA has been useful for those who feel fire in their belly whenever Networking is a discussion topic.
CCNA is an entry level certification of CISCO and answer is YES to all who love Networking as a profession. Another advice select the right institute before you enroll. If possible get a training from a Networking professional who has been long in networking and done CCNA or CCNP.
