I am interested in hardware field and I am currently in 2nd year BCA. Should I go for MCA or some other hardware course?

I would recommend you not to join hardware field, because there is very limited scope in that unless you are into some MNC like Intel etc. For chip designing, circuit designing etc.
MCA is a good option, but what will be better is that you start pursuing job (or even start as intern) and pursue MCA
