An ETO (Electro Technical Officer) course needs a 3-year Diploma with preferably 60 per cent marks in any stream at Diploma level such as Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Telecommunication or Electronics and Instrumentatio
