I am interested in journalism but I am doing my BE from SSN. Shall I quit my UG and join MCC?

Hello Subaasri!
SSN is a highly reputed college under Anna University. It is very difficult to secure a seat for BE at SSN. So, it is better to complete your BE and you won't regret after doing so from SSN.
But, if you are not interested, then you can discontinue your BE. Without interest, doing an
