I am interested in machines as well as in robotics. Which college of India is best suited for these two fields?

Chandigarh university running a Department of Mechatronics Engineering. Under this department developed M.Sc. In Robotics and Automation. Robotics deals with design the Robots with the help of computers and become software machines which perform tasks usually taken by human workers. Semester fee is 51000/-. Scholarship also awarded to the students.
