IIM boasts of engineers and graduates from all streams but cracking the entrance CAT is equally challenging so choose what subjects you like and commerce would add to more and early learning.

Work hard in 12 get good marks, get some good colleges and complete your graduation with approx 55%. Appear for CAT that is Common Aptitude Test- score above 90% in it after that you can apply to IIM, then go clear GDPI,
so good command in English as well as you subject stream is must. You must be good in maths and reasoning.Update your self with general awareness.

Shubham, you need to focus on your graduation as of now. However, during graduation you need to keep enhancing your general knowledge and the level of knowledge of current affairs. You need to also enhance your logical reasoning power. These are pre-requisites for makingo ne ready for management career. After graduation take some time to prepare for CAT and then whole-heartedly appear for CAT and MAT exams and target reputed institutions if not IIM.
