You can take admission in Unitedworld Institute of Design. They are providing Bachelors (B.Des) and Masters (M.Des) degrees in product design, interior design, fashion design, visual communication design (graphics design) and lifestyle & accessory design (only UG course). So, you can select any one of these courses. Now, which course is suitable for you that depends on your own preferences and what kind of inherent skills that you have.

Which designing course you want to pursue for, for example if you are good at sketch go for fine arts, if u have interest in clothes and accessories go for fashion, if you are interested in interior decoration go for interior designing, if you think you can manage well then you can go for any management courses regarding designing like fashion management. First decide the field you want to pursue then repost your question.
