As you are Science students with CS, you should definitely go for IT, because now there will be requirement in IT professionals, as Artificial Intelligence is not far away they need professional for making and learning of AI techniques and tricks.

Hi,In case you are very passionate about engineering for example, how about engineering, few years of work experience and then an MBA? If not, if you really want to get into law, then do your Bachelors accordingly. I advise you to have a live chat and discussion with some friends and seniors and family members to give a firsthand experience of what is in technology and law so you can make a choice wisely to suit your skill and interest.
