I am interested in video editing and photography. Should I go for MJMC or do Diploma in video editing and photography?
I have a Bachelors degree in hotel management and want to change my field as I am interested in creative field.

You can go for Diploma in video editing and photography. If you have an inclination towards working on computers and capable of handling digital equipment can go ahead with this.
