dear student, there are many top colleges in india, who offer 100% placements. the fees of these colleges are also bit high. they are located in delhi/bang/pune etc...so u can take admission in them by giving CAT/MAT entrance exam or direct admission...The fees of IIPm college is between 6lacs-12lac
