I am interested to study in National University of Singapore or Nanyang technological University, Singapore in BBA? I need assistance.

I have passed XII class CBSE board with 84% marks in commerce stream 2010-11 . I am interested to study in NUS or SMU or NTU. I need your help on how to get admission in Singapore.
