The Integrated B.Sc. + M.Sc. in Physics at Tezpur University (5-year) has a requirement of an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) with a pass in English at 10+2 level. Admission for the programme will be based on the Tezpur University Entrance Examination (TUEE), held mostly in June, with notices and announcements released around February of that year. Seats are limited with a total available of approximately 15-30 seats, which winners from the admission test must follow by a merit list, document verification, and fee payment.

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
