I am interested to take up studies in USA or Canada. So which country should I mention while registering for my TOFEL exam?

it dosen't matter even if you mention US in your TOFEL examb and then you wish to take admission in canada or any other country. But do remember that for canada student visa IELTS is mandatory even if you have given TOFEL.
