I am interested to work in banking sector i have done b.com persuing MBA in distance education. which specialization in MBA helps me

I was working in hospital field for 4years as admin since i found interest in finance I joined as account assistant as fresher for less salary, I am interested in Finance field but my collages suggests HR since i was good in administration. Pls let me know both aspect and which has best exposure.
