Akash, Being a Veg. you can learn Non-veg as a part of curriculum and be veg. while your career in Catering Management/ Hotel Management also. There are winning Veg. Chef serving many Five Star Hotels in India/ Abroad Note: Visual/ Smell can tell more about dish than touch/ Taste
