I am into operations for the last 2 year, I am a MBA, I want to pursue SAS , Please advice if that can be helpful to me for my future growth
Im PGDBM in HR in 2009 but didn't got any job in HR domain cause of recession & so I moved into operations. Now Im intereested to do SAP HR inorder to get a job in HR domain, but a lot confuse whether a certification course would help me in getting a job in HR. Plz advice if I go for SAP HR or SAS.

Hi Junaid,
If you already have shifted to operations and got good experience in the same then why you want to switch back? If you are not satisfied with the field you are in then yes, you can go ahead and get SAS training. You can even look at SAP certifications.

Do you mean 'Statistical Analysis Software' by the term SAS. If Yes, then "Yes" it would benefit you in doing business analysis and particularly Market analysis.
