As career it is the riskiest, however if your are really keen, you can join some good cricket academy. Most of the players in under 14, and under 19 are selected from these academies. I am giving you the links of some academies;

You can go for excellent cricket coaching in australia.it is the best country known as far for cricket coaching.all the best!
