hello dear,
the answer given by sir @shikshagijoo is sufficient..beside this adding something more information in it like ... In general, the prospective students shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the MBBS course, they must have completed a HS

Hi Jackson.
You must write the entrance exam to get into a good medical college. You can write all india or respective state. The duration is 5yrs and eligibility is you should have completed 12th.
