Please let us know in detail about your past academic background and which course you wish to pursue for better advice, however for your reference please remember as the medium of education in universities abroad is english so all the international students whose first or native language is not

u cant go to abroad for study without IELTS or TOFEL or PET.
because 2nd langauge of India is English.
a country who has 1st language is English .their people can go to other counrty easily.
