I am joining ECE in JNTUH or CBIT without interest. Local colleges don't offer sufficient placement in CSE.

It depends what your interests are. Even if you take CSE in any local college then you might get good placements from outside the campus via references or any portals. If you do not have an interest in a particular college/Subject then is no point in taking that because otherwise also you will feel burdened and bored after some point of time.
