Executive MBA (1 year course) from IIM 's are the best provided you can take study leave form your BSNL Govt office. If that is not feasible then I suggest go for distance education from a reputed & UGC approved institution such as Sikkim-Manipal university, ICFAI, Symbiosis, IGNOU etc.
