I am jugrajdeep from india, planning to do Msc. or PG Diploma in telecommunications from Canada, from a gud university or a college.

my 10th agreggate is 67%, 12th agreggate is 58% and b-tech agreggate is 66% and IELTS score of 7 bands. please suggest me should i go for Msc. or a PG Diploma and what would be the scope of telecommunications.

for colleges you have a lot of options as NAIT, Humber Sheridan, Fanshawe, New Burnswick Community College, College of north Atlantic...also I would like to know your qualification background as for university options these are must
