Hi Shyam,
As rightly stated by @||Pooja Kohli|| , it is not possible for a commerce student to take up marine engineering as this is completely science field and requires the students to be from same stream,

Hi Shyam,
To get into any Engineering programme you need to have a Science background with PCM as subject combination, so as you are from commerce background you would not be eligible for this programme.
