I am Kaushik, Please suggest which is a better combination? MSW and PGDHRM or Masters in Labor Management and PGDHRM? I am confused. HELP!!

I am Kaushik, I am in my third sem of PGDHRM from SCDL, PUNE, I intend to do Masters Degree from Annamalai University through correspondence, I have 31 months of work experience in non-hr (bank back office profile in HSBC), now i will join as HR post MBA. Please help choose best combination.
